2023 Redefining Mobility Summit

One of the best places to learn about the latest innovations in transportation and what’s revolutionizing urban mobility, is at the annual Redefining Mobility Summit! WMH Corporation was a proud sponsor of the 8th annual Summit, organized by Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) and its partners. Attendees learned valuable insights from an impressive panel of experts in the industry and speakers from local and international government.

Insightful discussions with industry experts included: clean mobility solutions, the crucial role digital infrastructure plays in transportation solutions, and how urban mobility is being revolutionized with on-demand public transportation and autonomous vehicles. A key discussion also included prioritizing equitable mobility options in transportation to promote transportation accessibility for everyone.

An important takeaway from the panel speakers was that by working together with our local governments and agencies, we can facilitate a stronger regional collaboration for smart mobility solutions. WMH Corporation is partnering with CCTA and other local agencies to provide smart mobility solutions for our transportation infrastructure, with solutions that improve toll systems, travel times, safety, and design solutions that reduce environmental impact.

A highlight of the Summit is always the STEM students showcasing their work. At this year’s event, more than 40 students from Alameda and Contra Costa counties presented their incredible projects, including a drone, submarine, and many skilled robots! As a sponsor of the Summit, WMH supports this important STEM education, proceeds of which benefit the Summit’s work.
